These terms govern your participation in Good Company and your use of this website. By submitting your email address and joining the founding member list, you agree to them.

What Good Company Is

Good Company is a curated dining experience based in Toronto, Ontario. We bring together small groups of people, typically six, for a single shared dinner at a restaurant of our choosing. Founding members are the first cohort invited to participate before the program opens to the public.

Founding Membership

Joining the founding member list is free and places you among the first to be invited to Good Company dinners. It does not constitute a reservation, a paid subscription, or a guarantee of a specific dining date or experience. Invitations to individual dinners will be extended separately, and dinner costs (food, drink, and any service fees) are the responsibility of the participant.

We reserve the right to decline or defer any founding member application at our discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

Your Responsibilities

By joining the founding member list, you confirm that:

You are 19 years of age or older (the legal age to consume alcohol in Ontario)
The email address you provide is your own
You will not misuse or attempt to manipulate the reservation or invitation process

This website is provided for informational purposes. We make no representations about its continuous availability and reserve the right to modify or discontinue it at any time without notice. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only; we are not responsible for their content.

Limitation of Liability

Good Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in any dinner event. Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the direct costs, if any, you have paid to Good Company.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as Good Company evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
